adidas are partnering with Stonewall FC, London’s first-ever gay men’s football club.

Founded in 1991, Stonewall FC have now gone on to become the world’s most successful LGBTQI+ football club having won 20 international trophies.

For 30 years, the club have been at the forefront of promoting equality in the football community and providing a safe-space for LGBTQI+ players to come and kick ball.

In 2020 the club are heading to a new space to engage the LGBTQI+ community in football. The partnership with adidas Originals will see Stonewall FC move to a new home in London – an inclusive space for all where their 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams will play and train.

The landmark move will see the new space will be used from the 2019/20 season and beyond with the aim of increasing LGBTQI+ participation and representation in football to new levels.
