Anthony Joshua isn't playing around.

After defeating Carlos Takam over ten difficult rounds in Cardiff last month, the WBA and IBF heavyweight champion is heading for a huge 2018, with fights against the likes of Deontay Wilder, Joseph Parker and Tyson Fury ahead of him.

Speaking in Dubai courtesy of Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Anthony Joshua delivered his honest verdicts on each of his prospective opponents.

On WBO champion Joseph Parker:

"I think I’ve defended my title now four or five times, with no complaints. Against one of the all-time greats we came together and put on a great show – so what’s so difficult with fighting this little kid? I'd smack Parker around the ring, no problem."

On WBC champion Deontay Wilder:

"Wilder, I’d knock Wilder out, it would take a bit of time but I’d definitely knock him out. Parker would take a bit more of a pasting but I’d get to him. Wilder, I’d knock him out with one shot. Not like I’d go in there and bang but when I catch Wilder, I’d definitely knock him out."

On ex-heavyweight king Tyson Fury:

"Fury. He’s just awkward, tall and I think he’s a bit of a nut-job to be honest with you...I think he’s just got a bit of a screw loose...any man with a screw loose, they just have a little something that you can’t put your finger on. Against Klitschko, he boxed 12 rounds and ran, I don't respect that."
