"Athleisure" brand Courtside Studio embodies this idea and their practical approach to everyday wear is directly inspired by the court making them perfectly suited for everyday use.

Launching earlier this year, the brand has immediately resonated through of its in-depth content and creative collaborations. In a new video series, Courtside focuses on the groups and individuals who are at the forefront of driving their sport forward in an urban environment.

Episode 001 explores founder of 'Coats & Goalposts' and talented creative Shameek Farrell, who runs a 3 tiered training scheme focusing on education, elite conditioning programmes and mental health awareness for young people in London.
