Reports have surfaced suggesting that Drake is planning on leaving his partnership with Jordan Brand for a new deal with adidas.

A report states that "footwear industry insiders close to Drake, as well as HYPEBEAST’s own sources, say the rapper is unhappy with his Jordan Brand partnership and is seeking a deal more to his liking."

They go on to say that, "sources also say that the rapper is in talks with adidas to forge a new partnership, where he would join peers like Kanye West and Pusha T — West famously left Nike for adidas for similar reasons."

Drake has had a partnership with Jordan Brand for 5 years now, where the rapper has teamed up with the Jumpman bran on several silhouettes that have been reimagined by his OVO label since 2013.

Drake has also been liking several adidas shoe posts that HYPEBEAST has been posting on Instagram, such as the picture below, which may heighten the validity of the claims.
