Nike Football's latest advert has come out in support of Raheem Sterling following him speaking out against the UK media's coverage of young black players.

The new campaign is similar to Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign with Colin Kaepernick which was launched earlier this year and again showcases Nike standing with their athletes on the right side of history. The ad was uploaded by Sterling on to his Instagram account after he scored his ninth goal of the season against Leicester on the weekend, which features a black and white image of him with a text overlay reading “Speaking up doesn’t always make life easier. But easy never changed anything.”

Nike's new advert arrives after the Premier League's Player of the Month for November publicly bravely called out the Britsh media for perpetuating racism by their coverage of young black players after he reported being racially abused by Chelsea supporters.
