Allan Saint-Maximin and Poet – two of the football’s waviest characters – have linked up with PUMA to launch the brand’s hard new Motorsport collection.
Before he joined Newcastle last summer from OGC Nice, Allan Saint-Maximin would set alight Ligue 1 on a weekly basis – becoming an instant icon as the first man to ever celebrate a goal while donning a Gucci headband. Blessed with effortless drip, Saint-Maximin has fast been settling into life at Newcastle to become a Toon fan favourite, where he’s sauced up the Premier League on a weekly basis.
Saint-Maximin took Poet – one of the most important creators in football and youth culture – on a tour of the city he now calls home in his BMW, where he drove around the city while chopping it up and donning PUMA’s icy new range before heading back to St James’ Park – a place he now calls “home”.
For more than 20 years, PUMA Motorsport has been an authentic part of racing culture by partnering with some of the most iconic drivers and teams on the planet and their latest drop leans on this heritage, but also has a new focus on merging performance wear with street style.
Now, PUMA have delivered a cold new range with the help of two of football’s waviest creators. The monochrome range features racing decals, BMW insignia and chequered flag detailing to bring the track to the street across outerwear, tracksuits, t-shirts and sneakers.
