Fresh from being unveiled by AJ Tracey last night, Nike have officially dropped Tottenham Hotspur’s new future-facing home and away kits for 20-21.
The home shirt sees the club’s traditional white split into shard throughout a cold knit pattern woven into the fabrics. The jersey features Nike’s wavey VaporKnit design – reserved for all of Nike’s elite sides this season – alongside navy blue shoulders which frame the pattern, while a yellow pinstripe lights up a dark V-neck collar.
A yellow loop label featuring the Spurs badge is found on the side of the shirt, a move “inspired by streetwear” and exclusive to Spurs’ this season.
As with the home kit, the away kit goes for a modern and distinctive design, using a striking shade of green and flashes of neon yellow and lava glow to cap off a fresh look for the road next season. The kit is accented with a Barely Volt Swoosh, crest and sponsor’s logo, which shine against the green background of the jersey. The away shirt also features the exclusive loop label and elevated trims.
“The kits look great,” says striker Harry Kane. “The home shirt has that distinct Spurs feel to it, but at the same time, looks very modern thanks to all the special touches. As an away kit, this shade of green is a new color, but I think it suits us really well, and the small details also make a big difference.”
