Anthony Yarde and Unknown T Link Up with adidas to Drop the New Future-Inspired ZX 2K BOOST

adidas Originals has linked up with two of UK culture’s new gen leaders to launch a sneaker that can also claim to be the street’s next big thing: the ZX 2K BOOST.

The latest addition to the iconic ZX family, the adidas ZX 2K BOOST is where the past meets the future, combining the distinctive aesthetic of the ZX with the Three Stripes’ groundbreaking BOOST technology for elite comfort. The result is a sneaker that champions squishiness over everything, with a full-length BOOST sole that delivers results in every environment.

The sneaker’s versatility and future-facing ethos is what led adidas to call on new wave creators – from a variety of fields – to be ambassadors of the new ZX.

Among those in the mix are on-the-rise boxing superstar Anthony Yarde, and one of the most distinctive artists in UK drill, Unknown T. Only five years into his boxing career, Yarde is one of the world’s top light heavyweight contenders and will be lasering in on a world title in the next chapter of his career.

Meanwhile, Homerton’s very own Unknown T is undoubtedly one of the UK’s most versatile and exciting new talents. Having previously worked with adidas for their Nite Jogger campaign in 2019, he now features as one of the faces for adidas Originals’ latest ZX 2K BOOST launch.
