London-based culture hub GAUCHOWORLD will be releasing its debut print magazine, ‘New Beginnings’, next week.
Founded in a Hackney bedroom, GAUCHOWORLD is the brainchild of East London creative director Dean George, who set up the platform to build a like-minded community celebrating the emerging intersection of music, fashion and sport.
Providing readers with a deep-rooted and authentic exploration into the culture through a stylistic lens, GAUCHOWORLD’s magazine will uplift musicians, artists, the fashion world and athletes on a bi-annual basis.
From securing exclusive interviews, producing mini-documentaries and releasing playlists, GAUCHOWORLD amplifies those who reflect its own community values, with the platform’s manifesto, ‘Our culture. Our community’, embodied throughout the framework of the magazine.
Dean is accompanied by Seun Areoye, 22, Laura Khamis, 20 and Ellie Muir, 20, in creating Issue 1, with the team launching and funding the print mag completely independently.
The ‘New Beginnings’ issue features Everton and England bagsman Dominic Calvert-Lewin alongside Nayana IZ, TJ Sawyerr, Junior Choi, Morgan Lake, Jaffa Sabba, Rasharn Powell, InADDITION, Bemi Shaw and DEEMA.
‘New Beginnings’ will be available over on www.gauchoworld.com 15th March 2021. Get a closer look inside Issue 1 below.
