After months of anticipation, Drake is finally debuting his first signature shoe with Nike – the Nike x NOCTA Hot Step Air Terra.

NOCTA‘s recent releases have been apparel-only, with each drop delivering "the hardest pieces" – in Drake's own words – that reflect Toronto artist’s love for sporty and functional items and the retro familiarity of Nike Sportswear‘s catalogue.

Those elements are also channelled into Drake's debut sneaker, which will arrive in “Triple White” and “Triple Black” colourways. The NOCTA Hot Step Air Terra base layers done up with a minimalistic pebbled leather build complete with segmented diagonal panels along the sides.

Reflective 3M hits are a key component of the kicks along the lateral and medial walls, heels and down the throat. Heels feature triangular overlays on the sides in a similar fashion to the Nike Air Max Tailwind IV, and tiny Swooshes run along the lateral heels and lower throat as well as NOCTA’s emblem on the tongue.

The model also comes complete G-Tek traction technology integrated into the sole unit to offer maximum comfort, designed for the type of person who is: "on the road all day, all night — the grinders, the hard workers — trying to accomplish their goals and taking no short cuts," according to Drizzy.
