In an age where women in football are more prominent than ever before, don't leave Rebecca Welch's name out of the conversation. She became the first woman to referee an EFL game in 2021 and the first to officiate a Premier League game in 2023. After retiring in 2024, she now works with PGMOL to help other women referees break into the game.
