Tuttosport has named its 100 nominees for this year’s Golden Boy award, with eight English players included in the roster of Europe’s best and brightest young stars.

Thirteen Premier League players have made the list, including Julio Enciso, Alejandro Garnacho, and Stefan Bajcetic. Of those thirteen, five are English – Harvey Elliott, Rico Lewis, Levi Colwill, Carney Chukwuemeka, and Lewis Hall.

Outside of England, three English players made the cut – Jude Bellingham, Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, and Juventus’ Samuel Iling-Junior. Bellingham is amongst the favourites to win, alongside Jamal Musiala and Gavi.

The last English player to win the award was Raheem Sterling in 2014. However, with the amount of talent coming out of the country right now, a new star could take that position very soon.
