With well over a decade in the game supplying party anthems, Donae'o is perhaps more popularly known at present, for crafting killer hooks, like "Lock Doh" and "Linguo" for Giggs, over the past twelve months.
But with energetic tribal anthems such as "Party Hard," "African Warrior" and "Devil In A Blue Dress," it was as the flag bearer of the late 00s funky house era where he really made his mark.
As mentioned in interviews over the past year, Donae'o's determination to resurrect UK funky, a period of genuinely great parties and energy, comes through again with new single "The Link Up."
Originating from a challenge with Link Up TV, Donae'o had 30 minutes to create a track and promptly gets to work on the buttons.
The result, a solid funky smash, is below for you to listen to.
