On Thursday night in London 10,000 UK music fans packed into Alexandra Palace for 'Who We Be,' the first live event from streaming service Spotify, celebrating the UK's leading hip-hop and grime playlist.

A packed line-up of top British talent included Stefflon Don, J Hus, Bugzy Malone and Dizzee Rascal. Giggs turned up the tempo with "KMT" and "Whippin Excursion," whilst also finding time to bring Brixton rapper Sneakbo, for one of the many surprise showings of the night.

Michael Dapaah's viral alter-ego Big Shaq passed through for a surprise spin of hit single "Man's Not Hot," and newcomers Hardy Caprio and Dave also joined in on the fun.

The loudest reception of the night was reserved for US superstar Cardi B, as her multi-platinum hit "Bodak Yellow," raised the roof on her maiden showing in London.

Recapping a successful night, Senior Editor at Spotify, Austin Daboh told us: "Who We Be Live has been an opportunity to celebrate the best of rap and grime talent all under one roof. Massive thanks to all of the incredible performers, and to the ten thousand fans who blew the roof off Ally Pally tonight!"
