Reece James just became the first English baller to sign with Jay Z's Roc Nation Sports – and he's brought his entire family to the agency with him.
The 19-year-old Chelsea defender is one of the most exciting talents in English football and has been a breakout star for the Blues so far this season, scoring two goals for the club in just nine first team appearances.
After making the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Jerome Boateng and Kevin De Bruyne some of their first signings, Roc Nation Sports are quietly putting together an elite portfolio of talent who transcend the game and impact wider culture – Reece James is now a part of that exclusive family and it's a testament to his impact in a relatively short space of time.

What many don't know is that Reece James is just one half of a brother-sister partnership who are taking over English football. Alongside the Chelsea man, Roc Nation Sports have signed up his younger sister Lauren James – who's currently balling out in the the Manchester United women's team.
Completing the James dynasty – and also joining Roc Nation – is their father, Nigel James, who runs an elite coaching academy that seeks unearth the brightest young talents across the country.
