adidas have just dropped off Belgium’s Home kit for the 2022 World Cup, with team’s nickname – The Red Devils – used as the central source of inspiration for the fiery new design.

The kit arrives in Belgium’s classic colour combination, with a red base through the body, with red Three Stripes on the shoulders and a fiery graphic rising up the shirt’s raglan sleeves and socks in a nod to Belgium’s nickname.

“When we design national team kits for tournaments as big as the FIFA World Cup, we always keep in mind that these designs will become a part of legendary footballing history. For us it’s crucial first and foremost to create kits that equip the world’s greatest footballing athletes with performance-led apparel that helps them unlock their highest level of play, while at the same time always featuring unique and unforgettably iconic designs that are bold, eye-catching and create a true sense of excitement amongst fans all across the globe.” said JĂŒrgen Rank, Senior Design Director Football at adidas.

Each adidas kit is made using 100% recycled polyester, continuing the brand’s ongoing commitment to help end plastic waste, while the Authentic breathable kits contain 50 percent Parley Ocean Plastic, intercepted on remote islands, beaches, coastal communities, and shorelines.

As with the other World Cup kits, the Belgium home shirt features the latest in adidas fabric innovations, including lightweight, heat-applied details. It’s constructed using materials and textures to help keep players feeling cool with HEAT.RDY technology, optimised to keep players feeling comfortable.

Belgium’s new Home shirt will debut during the upcoming UEFA Nations League matches against Netherlands and Wales, before featuring in the World Cup proper in November.
