D-Block Europe have dropped off some typically lavish visuals for their cold 'Street Trauma' cut, "Pain Game".

"Pain Game" finds Dirtbike LB take control of the track's chorus and hook, where he lays down some of the catchiest verses he's delivered for D-Block so far in his unique melodic style, with Young Adz coming through with his usual flair and braggadocio on the mic.

The visuals see Dirtbike LB and Lil Pino living it up in Dubai while Adz back home in London after beating a big court case and on curfew on home soil, with all the usual flexing taking place from the boys, who are due for another huge year ahead following their massive 2019.
