Converse and Liverpool FC just appeared to tease the launch of a brand new partnership, sparking rumours of an upcoming collab between the iconic brand and the Merseyside giants.
A short two second clip was posted on Converse and LFC channels just after midday, featuring the logos of both brands layered over a collage of faces including Liverpool players Andy Robertson, Fabio Carvalho and Shanice van de Sanden.
Nothing else is known at this stage, but a collaboration between the two icons of sport and culture would be another significant chapter in football's new-age fashion crossover.
While Converse's heritage in basketball is well established, the brand did produce football kits for two lesser known clubs in the early 00s: Colombia's Atlético Nacional and Romania's Politehnica Timișoara. While there's nothing to suggest they'll be producing LFC kits anytime soon, expect to see the brand's creativity find a new home in fan culture.
Meanwhile, Liverpool's most recent foray into lifestyle came as recently as last month with the drop of a range in partnership with LeBron James.
Keep it locked for any further news on a potential partnership between Converse and Liverpool.
