Fresh from Nike officially dropping off the 2020 Nigeria national football team shirts and corresponding sneakers, Converse have now served up a Naija customisation on their iconic Chuck Taylor All Star model on Nigerian Independence Day.

One version model features an upper using the eagle feather design seen on Nigeria’s away jersey and wider collection's track pants, with another featuring more traditional Naija prints.

The wavey new Naija patterns are part of Converse's customisable Converse For You site, which allows users to show their support for various Nike-sponsored football federations, such as England, Netherlands, USA and France – with each of those countries also receiving customisable options on the site.
