Kylian Mbappé just moved another step closer to world domination.
The all-conquering Paris Saint-Germain and France forward is set to cap off 2018 with another accolade, by being named the fastest player on EA Sports FIFA 19.
Mbappé's ratings were revealed by EA Sports over the weekend and while he's ranked overall as the game's 42nd best player, his 96 Pace is almost certain to see him crowned the game's quickest player.
For the last three editions of the game, the fastest player in the game has been rated with 96 pace – Theo Walcott in FIFA 16 and Pierre Emerick-Aubemayang in FIFA 17 and 18.
This year's ratings have so far revealed that Aubameyang's pace has dropped by two points to 94 – leaving Mbappé clear to take the crown as the game's fastest player.

It's an accolade that's pretty hard to dispute. At this summer's World Cup, Mbappé clocked a speed of 38 km/h against Argentina with a blistering run – setting a new all-time record for fastest sprint at a World Cup finals.
It's Kylian Mbappé's world now.
