Drake helped kick off the first ever Manchester Derby outside of the UK last night and he seem to love every minute of it.

Having pledged allegiance to both Manchester clubs in previous years (and almost every other BPL team) the match, held at the NRG stadium, was a perfect fit for the hip-hop star to meet players from each side.

Of course the rapper's official duty was to present the match ball at the start of the game, which he took great pride in doing.

Drake described the occasion on Instagram: "Life is surreal."
