Nike and FC Barcelona just dropped what will definitely be one of the most in-demand kits of the 2018-19 season.

The club's new away kit – with an all-over "luminous Volt" colourway – is inspired by the away kit worn during the club's legendary treble-winning season of 2005/06, when Ronaldinho inspired the club to success in La Liga, the Supercopa de España and the Champions League.

The 2018-19 season marks the 20th anniversary of Nike's partnership with Barca and to mark the occasion, the brand wanted to drop a kit that paid tribute to one of the most iconic kits to come from their two decades together.

The shirt is embellished with blue and red in speed blur graphics on the sleeves, while the neck is trimmed with blue. The shorts and socks also come in Volt, punctuated by flashes of Barça red and blue.

The release comes hot on the heels of Barcelona's home kit for the 2018/19 season, which was announced by Nike earlier this summer.

The 2018-2019 FC Barcelona Away Kit will be available July 2 on nike.com/FCB and at official stores and select retailers.
