Nike is set to drop a remake of Portugal’s iconic home kit from Euro 2004, following successful reissues of Brazil and USWNT retro jerseys.

Portugal’s ‘04 kit was one of Nike’s first using the Total 90 template, with the memorable kit design launched just in time for the host nation’s Euro 2004 campaign.

Nike’s upcoming drop is a perfect remake of the jersey that defined Portugal’s legendary run to the final. The signature red base is stamped with an all-over print of the FPF crest.

The gold Swoosh matches the bold piping outlining the kit, with a green collar and sleeve cuffs tying the look together.

The Brazil reissue included an R9 edition, as well as a blank version and a tracksuit. Though the full extent of the collection hasn’t been revealed yet, that golden T90 nameset could make a comeback soon.

Brazil and Portugal are set to end their partnerships with Nike next year, so The Swoosh has been ramping up the nostalgia and bringing back some of their best designs from decades past.

The Nike archives are full of half-forgotten gems and cult classics. With the USWNT collection dropping for the 25th anniversary of their 1999 World Cup win, who knows what other remakes the brand has up their sleeve for the future?

A release date hasn’t been announced yet, but the collection is likely to launch via the SNKRS app in the near future.
