Multidisciplinary artist Navinder Nangla has joined forces with Nike to release a one-of-a-kind football kit, merging his signature art style with the world of sport for a limited run.
Nangla’s work is some of the most recognisable graffiti art in the world. His famous spray painted slogans, 'fassion weak' and 'fassion is my passion', have been seen in Instagram dumps created by some of the biggest influencers on social media. Now he’s taking his street art to the pitch with one of the hardest drops of the year.
The jersey arrives in a colourway of black, white and red, with a brick wall graphic as a base. Taking inspiration from Inter Milan’s old Pirelli shirt sponsor, the word ‘pashion’ takes on the same font. The red squiggly line that features heavily in his graffiti underlines the sponsor, as well as decorating the sides of the kit.
The jersey will be available to purchase exclusively at Niketown London from July 19.
