Converse and Liverpool FC have officially unveiled their groundbreaking new partnership, which launches with a limited-edition capsule collection celebrating the creativity and diversity of the club’s city and supporters.

The nine-piece collection – dual branded with LFC and Converse logos – pays homage to the club’s rich history of success, but the story behind the partnership turns the spotlight on the future of the club and the community it proudly represents.

Five next gen Reds – broadcaster Rubi Deschamps, singer Rain Castillo, multidisciplinary artist Sterling Rose Kelly, rapper Dayzy and commentator and campaigner Roopa Vyas – take centre stage in this original collaboration, symbolising the culture of creativity Converse has always placed at the centre of its ethos.

All five future stars are being spotlighted for their love of Liverpool and their determination to create a better future for football and society. Among them is Dayzy, a rapper and spoken word artist raised in Toxteth who believes sport and music are unique in their ability to unite communities, and Rubi, a model and content creator born into a football-mad Scouse
household who’s also a fierce advocate for mental health.

The future change makers star alongside Liverpool players Andy Robertson, Fabio Carvalho, Shanice van de Sanden, Taylor Hinds and Leanne Kiernan in unveiling the new collab. Two standout pieces include the iconic Chuck 70 high top sneakers – which are covered with Liver birds, Sea Holly and YNWA – and the woven heritage varsity jacket with special references to the 1984 European Cup finals ticket where the Reds beat Roma on penalties. Also dropping in the collection are a bucket hat, run star hike sneakers, polo shirt, t-shirt, shorts, tracksuit top and bottoms.

The first ever Converse x Liverpool FC collection drops on April 6 and is available from converse.com.
