Images via Barcelona Spotify and Barcelona have officially unveiled a limited-edition Rolling Stones kit, as the Blaugrana prepare to host Real Madrid at Camp Nou next weekend for football’s biggest derby.The Stones’ iconic Tongue and Lips logo will replace Spotify as a shirt sponsor for El Clásico, celebrating the band’s upcoming album, ‘Hackney Diamonds.’ This one-off jersey follows the Drake and Rosalía kits the Catalonian club wore last season. In both instances, the artists’ logos replaced the Spotify shirt sponsor to celebrate an achievement – Drake reaching 50 billion streams on the platform and the release of Rosalía’s third album, ‘Motomami.’The Rolling Stones said: “We’re huge football fans and honoured that Spotify have brought our Tongue & Lips logo to grace the FC Barcelona shirt to celebrate the release of The Stones’ new ‘Hackney Diamonds’ album. We’ll be cheering on the players on the pitch as well as fans around the world who will be tuning in to watch this iconic match.”The kit will be available to purchase on 23 October via Barça’s online store. In addition to the limited-edition jersey, 1899 shirts commemorating the club’s founding year and a limited drop of 22 jerseys signed by the men’s and women’s starting 11 will be up for grabs.Take a closer look at the kit below.
