Patta and Barcelona have released the first image of their upcoming collaboration, showcasing the limited-edition pre-match jersey in all its glory.

Barça and Patta dropped a video officially announcing the link-up earlier this week, and left fans a little perplexed after watching a beating heart on screen for several seconds. But now having seen the imminent release, it all makes sense.

Paying tribute to the DNA, passion and love that defines true football aficionados across the globe, Patta pays homage to the ‘Barça blood’ that runs through the veins of every fan worldwide with their latest drop.

The ‘Culers de Món’ kit unites a global community if Barcelona followers, ones that share the same heartbeat for all things Blaugrana, epitomised by the placement of the heart motif and club crest, both sitting centrally on the jersey’s design.

The club’s colours adorn the jersey’s base, with the iconic Nike Swoosh appearing in white to offset the abstract design; two versions of the release have been teased – one with the Patta logo as the main shirt sponsor, and the other with the club’s current sponsor, Spotify.

In August, a Nike x Patta x Barcelona Air Max Plus design was unveiled without a release date, but having been spotted on the feet of Catalonian legend Carlos Puyol earlier this week, it seems the coveted silhouette is officially a part of the ‘Culers de Món’ capsule.

The Barcelona x Patta ‘Culers del Món’ collection will be available exclusively on the Patta website from 13 October at noon. The collection will also be available in Patta’s Amsterdam, London and Milan stores.
