Images via adidas adidas and Bugatti have unveiled a special-edition X Crazyfast boot, merging adidas’ innovation with undeniable Bugatti flair for a stunning collaboration.Using the laced X Crazyfast silhouette as a base, the new boots are perfect for players with a need for speed. Whilst the Speedframe soleplate makes the X Crazyfast one of the best of its kind, the standout feature in these boots is by far the carbon-fiber inlay, imitating the carbon-fiber used on the Bugatti Chiron.Arriving in a black and Bugatti blue colourway, the boots feature multiple nods to the luxury car. The electric flash of blue is inspired by the first Bugatti Grand Prix cars, whilst a dual-branded logo and slogan decorates the sides of the boot. Combining both brands’ mottos, ‘impossible is nothing’ and ‘create the incomparable’ are written in blue, against a subtle, jacquard Bugatti logo design. As for which ballers will debut the boots, who better than ‘Bugatti Benz’ himself? Karim Benzema and Rafael Leão will be the first players to rock the collaboration on the pitch in the next few days. Keeping in line with the exclusivity of the supercar itself, only 99 editions of the boots will be released, but in an effort to keep the distribution of this new collectible as fair as possible, the brands are running an auction via adidas’ Collect Web 3 platform. The auction will run from 8-11 of November, with all winners both the physical boots and a digital copy.
