Lucozade Sport and Jude Bellingham have joined forces to launch a new ‘Ice Kick’ flavour in the UK.

The new flavour was created in collaboration with the midfield maestro, bringing his own personal touch to the citrusy drink. ‘Ice Kick’ includes all the same carbohydrates and electrolytes that make Lucozade one of the best sports drinks around.

The name of the drink nods to his already iconic bicycle kick from last summer’s Euros, whilst the bottle features a graphic of Bellingham’s goal celebration with golden details highlighting his star power. 

Lucozade teased the launch in London, dropping a mystery vault made entirely of ice in Shoreditch for a grassroots football event. Bellingham left clues via social media, giving attendees the opportunity to unlock the vault and be the first to try the new drink. 

Lucozade is already an iconic brand, but linking up with one of the biggest and most marketable ballers around right now is a genius move. Bellingham signed a deal with the brand last year, and though this is his first signature drink, there might be more JB x Lucozade Sport flavours hitting supermarket shelves in the future.

Lucozade Sport ‘Ice Kick’ will first be available exclusively at Sainsbury’s, before reaching all major retailers in the next few months.
