In a campaign showcasing the newest collection, Aimé Leon Dore looked to London icons to debut the new looks to the world – including some very familiar football faces.

Directed by Walid Labri, ‘The World’s Borough’ is a video and photo campaign centred on London’s biggest and brightest talents, from football maestros to musical giants. Declan Rice, Leah Williamson and Rio Ferdinand all featured in a video posted to ALD’s social media channels, talking about the importance of family and friends whilst rocking in the latest selections sure to be dropping soon.

In a series of images accompanying the video, the stars are all photographed standing in front of bus shelters, with those distinctive, TfL red benches adding a touch of London reality to the dreamy, sunset backdrop. Boat shoes and jumpers are paired with football-inspired scarves and shorts for a classic ALD lookbook.

Some other faces that made appearances in the talent-heavy campaign are Gabriel Moses and Loyle Carner. Safe to say, Aimé Leon Dore left no corner of the city untouched when it came to this campaign.

ALD may be made in NYC, but they’ve got their fingers on London’s pulse. From reimagined football scarves to a campaign casting straight out of N7, this is transcontinental fashion, football and culture at its finest.
