Kappa linked up with Japanese streetwear label SEDAN ALL-PURPOSE for a capsule that brings a touch of Turin to Tokyo.
The collaboration is pure ‘90s calcio, taking inspiration from the iconic kits and tracksuits Kappa designed for Juventus in the days of Del Piero and Zizou.
A track jacket fronts the capsule in two colourways – classic blue and a near-perfect black and grey replica of I Bianconeri’s late ‘90s drill top. Kappa’s signature Omini logo runs down the shoulders and cuts off near the elbow for a layered look, whilst a pair of matching shorts complete the retro training ground look.
Two jerseys merge different Juventus’ kit templates with the blue and white of Italia. The two-tone collar from the club’s 1995/97 shirt is paired with a SEDAN ALL-PURPOSE sponsor inspired by their Sky Sport Italia sponsor in the early ‘00s.
A crest loosely-inspired by some of the biggest Serie A clubs is capped with a crown, stitched on every piece in the colours of the Italian tricolour.
The Kappa x SEDAN ALL-PURPOSE capsule will be available to purchase exclusively in Japan starting March 22 via the brand’s website.
