After recently becoming the face of Nike’s “Just Do It” campaign (and subsequently sending gammons into bedlam and burning their Nikes), Colin Kaepernick has now been made the central figure in a brilliant new Swoosh film that highlights inspirational stories from aspiring athletes around the world, as Nike yet again look to be on the right side of history.

The former 49er quarterback/social activist narrates his own story which also describes the varying pathways taken by all the athletes in the film, with Nyjah Huston, Shaquem Griffin, Alphonso Davies, Serena Williams, LeBron James and many others featuring alongside Kaep, who provides an inspirational ode to younger athletes who have overcome the toughest of obstacles purely through hard work, belief and love of their respective sports.
Nike will also link up with Kaepernick across a wider campaign according to Senior NFL Reporter Charles Robinson, who said, “It’s wide endorsement. He’s going to have his own branded line. Shoes, shirts, jerseys, etc. There will be Kaepernick apparel.”
