Images via adidas adidas has unveiled a new Originals collection, taking it back to the 20th century with retro kits and tracksuits for ten different federations.The Three Stripes know how hard it is to cop a Euro ‘96 trackie these days, so they just made it ten times easier. Both Spain’s iconic kit and tracksuit from the mid ‘90s tournament are recreated in the capsule, gorgeous as ever. The home kit that saw the Germans lift the trophy at Wembley gets a feature here, but it’s the stunning remake of Die Mannschaft’s away jersey that stands out as a must-have. The vibrant kit is one of the most memorable strips around, complete with the colours of the German flag on the collar and three stars above the crest.In addition to the two 1996 heavyweights, other standouts in the collection are Argentina 1994 and Mexico 1985. Mexico’s selection includes a beautiful, agave-coloured tracksuit with red stripes, complete with a matching T-shirt for the full look. Argentina’s one-of-a-kind kit that saw the Three Stripes recreated in the shape of diamonds rounds off the collection, with a tracksuit to match.The UEFA pieces are available to purchase on the adidas website, whilst the Latin American nations will be available on 1 December.Take a closer look at the collection below.
