hummel are bringing back Denmark’s iconic 1988 jersey, 37 years since a new era in Danish football began.

After reviving their legendary 1986 design back in 2023, hummel fast-forward two years and do the same with their latest retro drop. The 1988 jersey’s return has been long awaited by Danes around the world, serving as a symbol of when Danish football put itself on the map.

The return features a perfect replica stepping in for the OG, showcasing a classic red base with a subtle jacquard pattern. This is contrasted with white detailing, including hummel’s iconic chevrons and the shirt’s block stripes. A navy stripe runs down the sleeve, also outlining the white blocks across the lower torso.
