adidas has unveiled the Official Match Ball for the upcoming 2025 UEFA Women’s Euros, drawing upon the Swiss landscape for a bold, new design.
The ‘KONEKTIS’ match ball – meaning ‘connected’ in the universal second language Esperanto – arrives in a pearlescent white base, highlighting all eight venues of next summer’s tournament with subtle detail.
Bright arcs of colour end in jagged points to reflect the famous peaks of the Swiss Alps. Illustrations of popular attractions that fans will be able to see on their way to matches are surrounded by the technicolour accents. The name of each host city is written beneath the corresponding graphic.
The eight landmarks featured on the ball are Basel City Hall, the Bern Clock Tower, the Geneva Water Jet, Lucerne Chapel Bridge, St. Gallen Cathedral, Tourbillon Castle in Sion, Thun Castle and Opernhaus Zürich.
Designed with accuracy in mind, the KONEKTIS ball utilises PRECISIONSHELL and CTR-CORE technology. Debossed grooves on the ball's outer shell allow for maximum precision in the air, whilst the CTR-CORE supports faster, precise and consistent gameplay.
The KONEKTIS ball is available to purchase now on the adidas website and select retailers.
