Nike and Chelsea’s new third kit for 2023/24 brings back a historic colour for the club, paying tribute to the club’s first-ever shirt.

Chelsea’s ‘Eton Blue’ jersey was worn for only two seasons after the club’s founding in 1905. Though the pale-coloured shirt was short-lived, the minty shade is woven into the club’s heritage, making a comeback for the Blues’ 1986/87 away kit and again this season.

Combining the historic colour with modern design, the kit arrives in that familiar colourway, accented with a black trim and collar. The club crest and Nike Swoosh are black, with a subtle terrazzo pattern adding to the simple design.

The kit is available to purchase on the Nike website, Chelsea’s online store, and select retailers.
