Travis Scott will reportedly feature as FC Barcelona's shirt sponsor for next month's El Clásico, despite rumours initially linking Taylor Swift with the high-profile spot.

According to Catalan publication ARA, the rapper will become the sixth artist to feature on the front of Barça's shirt as part of the club's long-term partnership with Spotify.

Following in the footsteps of Drake, Rosalía, The Rolling Stones, Coldplay and Karol G, it's expected that Scott's trademark 'Cactus Jack' symbol will bless the iconic Blaugrana colours in one of football's most famous fixtures.

If confirmed, this will be the latest in a series of moves that Travis has made in the football-culture space. He created a 'Secret Tournament'-inspired arena called the 'Cactus Colosseum' at ComplexCon last year, and is set to release a limited-edition Nike Air Zoom Mercurial boot.

While we've seen Spotify offer up the Barcelona shirt to a diverse mix of artists so far, there's no doubt Travis' long-standing relationship with Nike will make this an even more authentic crossover.
