It's not all plain sailing for the chairman of Paris Saint-Germain.
After sanctioning a record-breaking summer in the French capital, which saw the club seal deals for Neymar and Kylian Mbappe, the club's chairman – Nasser Al-Khelaifi – is being investigated for bribery in relation to business away from PSG.
The Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland is investigating Al-Khelaifi for actions he took as chief executive of BeIn Sports. It's alleged that Al-Khelaifi offered "undue advantages" to former FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke during the sale of World Cup TV rights.
The bribes are alleged to have been offered in exchange for the TV rights to the 2026 and 2030 World Cups.
Nasser Al-Khelaifi is yet to make a statement.
