Mixtape Madness have just dropped off the fourth and final episode of their brand new "Beat The Clock" series in partnership with adidas Originals, with the latest episode featuring "one of the GOATs" from the drill scene: none other than M1onTheBeat.

As part of the series, Mixtape Madness host Walkz has been challenging the coldest beatsmiths in the business to create heat in the studio with three samples to select from. Each producer lays out their track in real time on-screen while under the tight, ten minute time limit of the challenge – with Bkay, Gotcha and Ghosty having already stepped up and dropped clinics in the studio so far.

The latest episode sees certified Silver producer M1onTheBeat take on the challenge. When it comes to UK drill production, M1 is an undisputed pioneer. As Walkz correctly says in this episode, M1 is "the one that made Drake sound the best on drill" and comes equipped with a back catalogue of some of the hardest UK rap anthems in his production locker – having laid down beats for the likes of Headie One, DigDat and Digga D.

But it's not just established drill producers who can take on the challenge. Up-and-coming creators are encouraged to make their own beats and compete using the hashtag #BeatTheClockChallenge on TikTok.

To get involved and test themselves against the best producers in the business, you can make your own beat by downloading the samples seen in the video here. Share your creation on TikTok using the above hashtag for a chance to win a prize every week courtesy of adidas Originals.
