Images via adidas After teasing the drop with goals galore from Jude Bellingham and Trent Alexander-Arnold in a familiar pair of boots, adidas has launched the Predator 30 to celebrate three decades of the iconic boot range.The new Preds are the perfect nostalgia boot, even including a hallmark of some of the greatest goalscorers – the foldover tongue. Synonymous with Zidane volleys and Beckham free kicks, Predator Mania is officially back.The boots arrive in a classic black and white colourway, with a dark pink tongue. Taking design cues from the boots’ extensive back catalogue, the new silhouette features multiple nods to the past, such as the Predator eyes graphic that’s stitched on the underside of the tongue flap.Only 1,994 pairs are available – an homage to the year Predators first hit the market – making these one of football’s latest grails. The boots will be available to purchase on 8 December on the adidas website and select retailers.Though this particular drop is a special-edition, the new Predator 30 is first of a brand-new Predator model set to hit the shelves in January.
