Boxing is coming to Selhurst Park this summer, as Crystal Palace celebrates 100 years since the stadium’s opening with a night to remember.

The stadium will host a night of must-watch showdowns, headlined by Palace fan Richard Riakporhe and Chris Billam-Smith. The South London native will be aiming to snatch the WBO World Cruiserweight Championship title.

This isn’t the first time Selhurst Park has been transformed into the ultimate ring. Legends of the sport have previously fought at Palace’s home ground, including International Boxing Hall of Fame member Len Harvey back in 1929.

The showdown marks the first of Selhurst Park’s 100th anniversary celebrations, with more events planned for the summer as the milestone approaches.
