Ten years after their first Real Madrid collaboration, adidas and Y-3 have reunited to drop a matchwear collection like no other.
In a fusion of elegance and tradition, Y-3 and Real Madrid’s premium new range brings together fashion and football like the game's never seen before.
The centrepiece of the collection is a purple fourth kit – a colour synonymous with the club's DNA – which showcases a white rose motif, taking inspiration from the early days of the partnership between adidas and Japanese designer, Yohija Yamamoto.
In addition to the fourth kit, the collection also features two goalkeeper strips – one in black and one in orange – as well as a white pre-match selection including an anthem jacket, shorts and a top. Alongside matchwear, items include a T-shirt, hoodie, cross-body bag, cap and a scarf to ensure Los Blancos are covered from the pitch to the stands.
Earlier this year, adidas and Y-3 released a monochromatic travelwear collection in a campaign brought to life by London-based photographer Gabriel Moses, who once again brings his distinctive style to this release. Featuring present day club icons including Naomie Feller, Jude Bellingham, David Alaba and Misa Rodríguez, the dynamic visuals tell a story of an unmatched sporting legacy, reimagined.
The collection will be available globally on March 27th via the adidas online store and CONFIRMED app.
