Ademola Lookman just gave the world a reminder of his extraordinary talent.
The 21-year-old lit up the Bundesliga last season in a loan spell with RB Leipzig, but on his return to the Premier League he hasn't been given the game time his talent deserves – and against Bournemouth this weekend he made only his second league start of the season.
Lookman's display against Bournemouth made his lack of involvement so far this season look criminal. The British-Nigerian put in a performance filled with confidence and creativity, landing an assist for Everton's second goal and earning himself the Premier League's Man of the Match award in the process.

Along with Jadon Sancho, Lookman was one of the first players to tear up the rulebook and spark the exodus of talented Young Lions from the Premier League into Europe.
Having conquered Germany, Lookman's subsequent troubles at getting himself selected for Everton's first team only reinforces the view that English players need to be bold and be open to challenges in other leagues.
Hopefully Lookman just showed Everton what they've been missing once and for all.
