Kendrick Lamar and SZA just announced the dates for the European leg of the Grand National Tour, and the duo are hitting the UK’s greatest football grounds this summer.
Fresh off a Grammy and a Super Bowl halftime show for the ages, K.Dot and SZA are already gearing up for a world tour. With the GNT hitting the UK on July 8, they’re putting real football first this time around.
The UK leg of the tour kicks off in Glasgow at Hampden Park, followed by some of the biggest cities and stadiums in the country. Villa Park is next on the calendar, with Lamar bringing West Coast beats to B6 on July 10. Principality Stadium in Cardiff will get the ‘peekaboo’ treatment nine days later with Tottenham Hotspur Stadium wrapping up the show on the 22nd.
Football stadiums are used to hosting some of the biggest stars in the world, but with most artists looking to Wembley and Spurs for tour venues across a few dates in London, Lamar and SZA are flexing their ball knowledge with this lineup.
Tickets for the Grand National Tour’s UK dates go on sale starting February 14 via the Ticketmaster website.
