Stone Island has linked up with Steph Curry and his brand to honour up-and-coming basketball players with a bespoke tracksuit.
Officially launched in 2020, Curry Brand is the footwear and apparel label of four-time NBA Champion, two-time MVP and Olympic Gold medalist, Curry.
For the last eight years, the premium basketball brand has hosted Curry Camp, a prestigious annual basketball showcase that brings together the best players – both boys and girls – from across American high schools. Last year, the camp wasn’t hosted in its original form and so Curry has partnered with Stone Island for a one-of-a-kind experience participants won’t forget.
Several Curry Camp attendees will join Steph during NBA All-Star Weekend for a range of festivities including watching the Oakland high school all-star exhibition game, access to an exclusive dinner and All-Star watch party as well as get their photos taken by renowned photographer, Liam Macrae - responsible for some of Stone Island’s cleanest campaign imagery in recent years.
But perhaps the best gift attendees will receive is the not for sale, one-of-one, Stoney tracksuit. The mauve ripstop-esque two piece, was co-designed by the Curry Brand and Stone Island and commemorates the young people’s achievements on and off the court.
