adidas and Balenciaga have joined forces for their long-rumoured collaboration, bringing together a host of sporty pieces that include a co-branded football jersey.

First unveiled following the French fashion house's Spring 2023 show, held at New York City’s Wall Street, Balenciaga have now provided closer look at the collection online.

The collaboration “recontextualizes elements of sportswear that have been a part of Balenciaga’s creative language”, with highlights including a co-branded adidas Triple S Sneaker, a Hooded Blouson, Puffer Jacket, Tracksuits and a bespoke football shirt, which looks identical in design detailing to Liverpool and adi's 2008/1- Home jersey.

The jersey riffs on cues previously seen when Balenciaga dropped their first run of football apparel back in 2020, with adidas' classic Liverpool template from 08/10 arriving in red, with a Balenciaga logo and emblem replacing the club crest and kit sponsor.

Other collab pieces from the co-branded range feature the trefoil logo over the name Balenciaga in the lowercase adidas typeface, with the collection priced between $210 and $5,500.
