After coming back with a bang on Netflix in 2019, Drake has now confirmed that 'Top Boy' will be returning for another season in 2020.
The long-awaited return of 'Top Boy' was widely well-received as one of the best series of 2019, and the show's Executive Producer has now revealed that fans of the series will be blessed with Season 4 this year.
The announcement (of sorts) went down on GRM Daily's Instagram. The platform ran the news that 'Top Boy' was one of Netflix’s highest performing shows of 2019 accompanied with the caption “Will we see a new series in 2020?”, with Drizzy chiming in with a comment of “Of course.”, to all but confirm the news of another season.

Ashley Walters – who plays Dushane – has previously said that scriptwriting for Season 4 had been in the works, and that the cast had been waiting on Netflix to green light the next series.
Speaking to Metro, Walters said: “Fingers crossed, we haven’t had the actual green light yet but it’s looking promising. In preparation for that we’ve already been working out storylines and writing so it’s looking good. Obviously I won’t give anything away but it’s looking dope and we’re all looking forward to going again with the show.”
