Top Boy will officially be seeing another season on Netflix after the essential British series' official Instagram account announced the news of a return to the streaming platform.

The long-awaited return of ‘Top Boy’ was widely well-received as one of the best series of 2019, and after Drake announced the news last month, the ‘Top Boy’ Instagram account has revealed that filming for the new season will begin this Spring.

Ashley Walters – who plays Dushane – has previously said that scriptwriting for season four had been in the works, and that the cast had been waiting on Netflix to green light the next series.

Netflix have now officially announced the return of the much-loved series, which is reportedly set to be on screens before the end of 2020.
