The nominees for the 11th annual London Football Awards have been announced, with some of the biggest names in the game hoping to leave the ceremony with a trophy in hand.

After sponsoring last year’s WSL Player of the Year Award, VERSUS will sponsor the 2025 Men’s Young Player of the Year Award, with some of the Premier League’s brightest stars shortlisted.

Five players could leave with the award on the night, with Arsenal duo Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis-Skelly both nominated alongside Archie Gray, Romain Esse and Rocco Vata. Other nominees include Cole Palmer and Alessia Russo for Premier League and WSL Player of the Year respectively, as well as David Raya and Hannah Hampton for Goalkeeper of the Year.

The judging panel is made up of former players, major broadcasters and football pioneers, including Bobby Zamora, Jenna Schillaci, Theo Walcott, Jacqui Oatley and Dickie Davis.

All proceeds from the awards will go to Willow – a charity providing once-in-a-lifetime days for young adults aged 16 to 40 years old living with a life-threatening or life-limiting illness. The charity was founded by Arsenal legend Bob Wilson OBE and his late wife 'Megs' following the death of their daughter, Anna, from cancer.

The ceremony will take place in Wembley Stadium’s Bobby Moore Suite for the first time on February 27.

The full list of nominees can be found on the London Football Awards website.
