Perhaps now more popularly known as head honcho of Crep Protect, J2K seemingly hung up the mic to focus on a string of business ventures.

Having been in and around the grime scene for well over a decade, J2K's status is solidified – to a degree – where he can end a long period of inactivity and call on the scene's godfather for a feature.

The two Roll Deep members pair up for 'Rotten Apples', and it's an all East London affair, as they ride the hypnotic instrumental from RasEye in the direct comfort zone of both MCs.

J2K also pays homage to Crazy Titch with a rework of the foundational MC's trademarked "that time" lyric sequence but the most impressive factor of the situation is that Wiley actually turned up to the video shoot.
